RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of each piece we offer. That said, all sales are final, with the exception of items that arrive damaged or defective.

• If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us on here or on instagram (@madewithcarejewelry) within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll be happy to help resolve it.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges for items that have been broken or damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or wear and tear.
• We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues (unless we made a mistake), or if the item was used in a way it wasn’t intended for.

PRODUCT CARE:

To keep your pieces looking beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend treating them with care—especially for our non-waterproof items.

Jewelry & Accessories:

• Do not get your jewelry wet unless it is clearly stated as waterproof in the product description.
• Avoid exposure to water, sweat, lotions, perfumes, and other chemicals for non-waterproof pieces.
• Store your items in a dry, clean place—ideally in a pouch or box when not in use.
• Always remove accessories before showering, swimming, or exercising unless otherwise specified.

Waterproof Pieces:

• These are designed to handle daily wear better, but they’ll still last longer with good care.
• Even waterproof jewelry will benefit from occasional cleaning and proper storage to maintain shine and finish.

Other Accessories:

• Please handle with care and avoid rough handling or exposure to water and harsh environments.
• Some pieces may contain delicate materials or handmade elements—treat them gently to avoid damage.

• Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to different display settings.
• Handmade or custom items may include small variations or imperfections—this adds to their charm and uniqueness!
